Project Description:
We are comparing Bonaire's beach compositions versus similar Caribbean island beach compositions. We want to establish a scheme of beach composition by analyzing and quantifying the types of beaches Bonaire possesses (via percentages). So far we've surveyed a couple of different beaches on Bonaire and realized that there are not many sandy beaches as we expected, but more coral beaches. Therefore, we need to research the different schemes, types and compositions of coral beaches, and to identify and quantify and compare that information with what we find relative what we find on Bonaire.
