Turned out to be my last and possibly favorite dive in Bonaire.
Having been studying wrecks and shipwreck scour processes for so long
it was great to actually see a wreck up close and personal and not
just on a sonar or camera screen. Plus there was clear evidence for
active flow and scour transport processes including a mote around the
base of the wreck. Would have been great to have gotten a pass or
two with the AUV bathymetry sonar but oh well maybe next time. For
now I will carry the memories of the dive with me for a long time.
