Bonaire Trip: Pre-Departure thoughts

As of right now, I'm very excited and anxious to leave Delaware and head to the islands. I've been dreaming of going to the islands forever and now I finally get to go. I just know that this trip is going to be really fun because I'm going to get to see and do many things I have never done before, like snorkeling and scuba. Not only am I going to learn how to do things, I will be learning about the island and the culture. It is going to be a great experience that I know I'll never forget!
I just really love the beach, no matter where it is. I've spent the past few summers living at the beach, and when I lived in New England I live right by the beach. I've been to the rocky beaches of Maine where I've seen seals at the beach, and all the way down to Florida's white sand beaches, but I haven't been to any kind of island. This trip is not just going to be fun,relaxing,and educational but it will be interesting to compare Bonaire beaches to all of the others I've been to.
